Pending B Corp Certification – embedding purpose into everything we do
Cohesion is on the journey to becoming a certified B Corp, a global recognition for businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. As part of this, we are building frameworks to measure our impact, with an impact report planned once certification is complete.

Volunteer & community engagement – making a difference beyond the office
Paul volunteers as a referee with the Hertfordshire Referees Society, officiating games from school level through to adult leagues. As we grow, we’ll be expanding volunteering opportunities across the team, including upcoming work with another charity and potential contributions from our Co-founders.This hands-on community involvement reflects our broader commitment to supporting local initiatives and creating positive experiences beyond the workplace.
